After the destruction of the first death star Darth Vader was ordered by the emperor to make a hospital visit to all troops that were seriously injured in the rebel attack as a way to show the support.

Towards the end of his visit lord Vader was ushered into the major trauma ward and came face to face with a storm trooper whose head had been seriously burnt and disfigured.

Lord Vader having serious triggering flashbacks ran out of the ward hyperventilating When asked by one his administrative officers why he acted like that he simply replied.

“I found his lack of face disturbing”

I actually really do.

I like that she’s different from the Doctor, almost like his opposite, and sort of loosens him up. I like her backstory and parentage. I like that she’s flirty and sassy and sexy and badass and a bit ruthless. I like that she’s a bit older and (arguably) more mature than most of his companions. I like that she throws him a little off balance, that she’s dangerous and keeps almost as many secrets as he does, and that she knows and understands him (and the TARDIS) better than just about anyone.

I get that not everyone feels that way about her, but…*shrugs* I do.

something about the editing really bugged me… it felt very rushed

Hmmm…I didn’t notice. Or maybe it’s just that I feel like a lot of eps are that way?? I keep my expectations for Who pretty low…it’s a great show but it can also be cheesy/campy/illogical. I watch with a pretty healthy dose of willing suspension of disbelief, lol. It makes it fun!…until it rips your heart out.

Oh seriously…that was when I lost it. Like, legit sobbing and reaching for kleenex. My dad was not convinced by their chemistry but I must admit i totally shipped it. ;___;

But then, I love River and I think she’s a fantastic, kick-ass heroine.
